How do I use my SDL Tridion Customer Support

Your company should have a valid support agreement and has nominated 5 authorized callers who can access our services. SDL Tridion has set up your company with at least one authorized caller who is an administrator for activating, adding and deleting authorized callers.  

Support Holidays

Our support offices are closed on the below dates. Customer with an Advanced Support plan are entitled to 24 x 7 support during bankholidays. For critical support issues, Advanced Support customers can use their access code to obtain technical support. 

Cumulative Hotfixes and Product hotfixes are now on SDL FTP servers

A new FTP repository has been made available for downloading Cumulative Hotfixes and Product Hotfixes SDL Tridion 2011 line and onwards.
